This workshop is perfect for private groups of 6 to 12 guests. (Call to set up a custom schedule. Group pricing available). Learn how to work with sheet glass as well as with a revolutionary recycled glass clay and create a minimum of two ornaments. During half of this workshop, you will learn how to cut recycled float glass (or use precut pieces). You will then color and assemble the pieces into beautiful ornaments. During the other half of the workshop you will explore the (almost) infinite possibilities of glass clay. Chose from rolling, cutting, modeling, coloring or piping to create one of a kind ornaments. Your creativity is the limit! No experience necessary! All material included. Note that the ornaments will need to be fired in the kiln at around 1500F and then cool slowly back to room temperature. This is when the magic happens, but it is a slow process. Therefore, you will not be able to leave the workshop with your ornaments. You will need to arrange pick-up or shipping.
