Create stunning a whimsical night light using window glass and glass clay. Then you will use glass clay to create the night light design: Glass clay is made from recycled glass powder mixed with binder, additive and water. It can be rolled and cut like a pastry dough. Your piece can then colored with colored glass enamels and/or glass paints. Finally, your piece will need to be fired in the kiln at around 1460F so that the small glass particules can fused back into a solid piece of glass. This process takes about 24h. We will let you know when your piece is ready for pickup. (Usually within a week). All you need to do then will be to glue the glass shade onto the night light fixture (provided).
