Create stunning a stunning name plate to hang on your window or wall using window glass and glass clay. First, you will learn how to cut and drill window glass. Then you will use glass clay to write your chosen text: Glass clay is made from recycled glass powder mixed with binder, additive and water. It can be piped like cake icing to write text. Next you will add accents to your piece made by molding glass clay into intricate molds. Your piece can then colored with colored glass enamels and/or glass paints. Finally, your piece will need to be fired in the kiln at around 1460F so that the small glass particules can fused back into a solid piece of glass. This process takes about 24h. We will let you know when your piece is ready for pickup. (Usually within a week). No experience necessary! Material included
